Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you, except as otherwise required under applicable Indian law.

Subject to applicable law, the courts located in the jurisdiction where Intent is headquartered in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services.
