At Intent, we want your order experience to feel clear, reliable, and easy to track. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders placed on intentwear.in are processed, shipped, and delivered across India.
Shipping Coverage
We currently offer pan-India delivery across major cities, towns, and serviceable pin codes through trusted courier and logistics partners.
At this time, standard online orders are shipped within India only. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at team@intentwear.in.
Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24-48 working hours after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
- Processing may take slightly longer during sale periods, product launches, courier delays, or high-order volumes.
- Once your order is packed and shipped, tracking details will be shared by SMS, email, or WhatsApp where available.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier serviceability.
- Metro cities: Usually 2-4 working days after dispatch.
- Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: Usually 3-6 working days after dispatch.
- Remote or low-serviceability areas: Usually 5-8 working days after dispatch.
These timelines are estimates. Delivery may be affected by weather, regional restrictions, courier delays, festivals, strikes, incorrect address details, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Charges
We currently offer free shipping on eligible prepaid online orders unless a shipping charge is specifically shown at checkout for your location or order type.
For return or exchange shipments, a flat ₹99 return/exchange shipment handling fee may apply as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
Payment & Dispatch
Intent currently accepts secure prepaid payments through Razorpay-supported payment methods such as UPI, cards, wallets, and net banking, depending on availability at checkout.
Cash on Delivery is currently not available. This helps us keep dispatches faster, reduce failed deliveries, and maintain a smoother fulfilment experience.
Packaging & Quality Check
Every order is checked and packed carefully before dispatch. We use secure packaging to help protect your product during transit.
If your package appears visibly damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please record a clear video before opening the package and contact us as soon as possible.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared through the contact details provided at checkout.
- Please make sure your phone number, email address, and shipping address are correct before placing the order.
- Courier tracking updates may take a few hours to appear after dispatch.
- If tracking has not updated for more than 48 hours, you can contact us for support.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners may attempt delivery more than once depending on their service policy. Please keep your phone reachable after dispatch so the courier can contact you if needed.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the shipment, re-shipping charges may apply.
Address Changes
Address changes can be requested only before the order is packed or dispatched.
To request an address correction, email us immediately at team@intentwear.in with your order number and updated address. Once an order is dispatched, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.
Delayed Or Missing Deliveries
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at team@intentwear.in. We will help check the shipment status with the courier partner.
If tracking shows the order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery update so we can raise the issue with the courier partner in time.
Damaged, Wrong, Or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged product, wrong item, or missing item, please contact us within the return/exchange request window mentioned in our Return & Exchange Policy.
For damage, defect, wrong-item, or missing-item claims, a clear unboxing video is required so we can verify the issue fairly and protect both the customer and the brand from courier or handling disputes.
