What Is Eligible For Refund?
Refunds are available only if the product received is damaged, defective, wrong, or missing, and the claim is supported with a clear unboxing video.
The unboxing video should show:
- The sealed package before opening
- The package being opened
- The complete product received
- The damage, defect, wrong item, or missing item issue clearly
Once your return request is approved, the product must be sent back to us. After we receive and inspect the return package, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Exchanges For Size, Fit, Or Preference
For size issues, fit concerns, color preference, or style preference, we offer an exchange instead of a refund.
Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all tags and original packaging intact.
Return And Exchange Shipping Fee
A flat shipment handling fee of ₹99 applies to approved return or exchange shipments.
Product Condition Required
To be eligible for return or exchange approval, the product must be:
- Unused
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Free from stains, perfume, sweat, damage, or alteration
- Returned with all tags and original packaging intact
Not Eligible For Return Or Exchange
- Products that have been worn, washed, used, stained, damaged, or altered
- Products without original tags
- Products without original packaging
- Requests raised after 7 days of delivery
- Damage or defect claims without unboxing video proof
- Products purchased from physical stores, pop-ups, exhibitions, or offline channels
How The Process Works
- Sign in to your customer account and submit a return request from your order page.
- Select the item and reason for your request.
- Add a short note explaining whether you need a refund for damage/defect or an exchange for size/fit.
- For damaged, defective, wrong, or missing item claims, email your unboxing video to team@intentwear.in with your Order ID.
- Our team will review the request and confirm approval, rejection, or exchange options.
- After the product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
