✅ Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
  • Worn or used T-shirts are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Products purchased from physical stores, pop-ups, exhibitions, or any offline medium are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

🎥 Unboxing Video (Mandatory)

To process any return or exchange request, a clear unboxing video is required.

The video must show:

  • The sealed package
  • Opening of the package
  • Complete view of the product

Requests without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

🔁 Return Policy

  • The return window is 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • Returns are accepted only for eligible online purchases.
  • If the return is due to:
    • Size issues
    • Color preference
    • Design or detail dissatisfaction
    → Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

♻️ Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Applicable only for online orders placed on www.intentwear.in.
  • All exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • The product must meet all eligibility requirements.

💰 Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will inform you about approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

❌ Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Worn, washed, or damaged products
  • Products without tags
  • Products without an unboxing video
  • Products returned after the allowed time period
  • Products purchased from physical/offline stores
